Roshan Shah founded Cogdina in March of 2007. Roshan worked in various ferms as well as consulting roles with multinational companies like HP, IBM-Unisource, JP Morgan, Macmillan Computer Publishing, Larsen and Toubro Infotech, GAP, Satyam, Gloscon, Speedware and Peerflix.

Roshan has significant experience in managing outsourcing of application development and technical support while building high performance software teams. Roshan brings this wealth of experience to Cogdina to drive it to become the leader in Canada's and Asia's software industry. Roshan - a Certified Project Manager - is a Computer Engineering graduate with Advanced Diploma in Enterprise Management and Diploma in Business Finance. Roshan has worked across US, Singapore, India and Canada.

Working with Cogdina in capacity of Senior Web Designer and Creative Visualizer. Poonam brings with her rich experience in Front End Designing and Flash. She has completed her Diploma in FINE ARTS and MULTIMEDIA. She has more than five years of experience in Designing. She is in possession of very good visualization and technical skills. She has prepared several corporate HTML and Flash websites, GUI for Applications and flash presentation for the enterprises.

Working with Cogdina in capacity of creative Web Designer.He has more than three years of experience in Designing. He has very good technical skills and visualization. He has also worked on onsite CBT development project for Indian Navy.

Working with Cogdina in capacity of Business Development. He has very good managerial, technical, and communication skills. He has completed Bachelor in Computer Application and Masters of Business Administration - Entrepreneurship from one of the reputed institutes of India. He possess leadership and entrepreneurial qualities. His domain expertise lies in business marketing and branding.
